Our people are the company.
Capital M&E is a directly employed team — we don't run on agency labour, and the engineers on our sites are our people. That means proper training, a variety of work you won't get on a single-site contract, and a company small enough that good work gets noticed.
The work spans commercial fit-outs, industrial plant, HV jointing, rail infrastructure, solar PV, EV charging and mechanical services, from our offices in Essex and Leeds and on projects nationwide. We take on apprentices and support engineers through additional qualifications and tickets as their role grows.
We're always interested in hearing from good electricians, approved electricians, improvers and apprentices, and from mechanical engineers as that side of the business grows. There doesn't need to be a live vacancy — if you're good, we want your CV on file.
